Who's the most accurate QB in the NFL?

QB accuracy has many definitions across the NFL and what people use to define it will vary greatly. Myself, I took a couple of measurments from the good people at stathead.com to see if I could find a meaningful yet simple metric. I looked at three of their advanced stats: On Target Throw % (pretty simple to grasp, the percentage of times a QB hits his target), Good Throw % (basically, the percentage of throws that aren't Bad Throws by their definition) and Intended Air Yards per Attempt (basically, a measure of how deep a player's average pass travels). This last meansure is important as certain offenses call for nothing but shallow passes, dinking and dunking their way down the field. These passes are more simple and therefore it would stand to reason that a player doing nothing but dumping the ball off will score higher in accuracy without really earning it.

Taking these three statistics and pulling them for all active quarterbacks with at least 16 starts yields some interesting results:

Our boy Jalen Hurts surprisingly comes in tied for third. Some other notables that ranked lower than we might have guessed: Lamar Jackson (19th), Trevor Lawrence (26th), CJ Stroud (28th), Dak Prescott (32nd), Jared Goff (33rd), Matthew Stafford (50th, LOL).
