Who's the NFL's comeback king?

A few days ago we asked the question, "Who is Jalen Hurts?". In that piece I briefly mentioned a metric that I called "comeback success rate" that attempted to compare the number of times a QB had led his team to a 4th quarter comeback (or had led his team on a game winning drive) to the number of opportunities that this player had to do this. This was done by adding the number of comebacks attributed to the QB to the number of losses to estimate how often the player was trailing in the 4th quarter. This is imperfect but likely the best measurement that's readily available.
Why focus on losses instead of total games played or games won? There are two reasons: first, it wouldn't be fair to penalize a player who wins significantly more than they lose for having a lower percentage of 4th quarter comebacks. For example, if Tom Brady wins 75% of his games, his comeback percentage might not be very high. Does that imply Brady wasn't effective in those situations? Certainly not. Second, if a player has far more losses than wins in their career, a large portion of their wins might be come-from-behind victories. Why should this player be credited for essentially being a key part of a struggling team? Using losses as the divisor addresses both of these issues.

The table is sorted by the lowest combined rank of the two percentages. A few takeaways:
Jalen Hurts ranks 7th overall of the 62 QBs tested, and 5th among likely starters.
Notable players who rank as average to terrible by this analysis: Joe Burrow, Baker Mayfield, Brock Purdy, Trevor Lawrence, Drake Maye, Jaxson Dart.
Maybe not meaningful but hilarious anyway: Matthew Stafford and Anthony Richardson's percentages are identical, LOL.
